Observed association and dissociation time courses of sT1 TCR and the H-2Kd-PbCS(ABA) complex monitored by SPR. A biotin-labeled H-2Kd-PbCS(ABA) was bound to a streptavidin coated sensor chip at surface density 0.45 at 25°C or 0.65 ng/mm-2 at 4°C. sT1 TCR solutions, at the concentrations indicated, were injected at a flow rate of 20 μl/min, and the time courses were recorded at 25°C (A Upper) and 4°C (B Upper). The association and dissociation time courses were separately fitted to a two-exponential model

and the evaluated parameters are listed in Tables 1 and 2 are plotted in Fig. 2. The corresponding residuals are plotted in Lower.
