Preventive effects of JTE-052 on collagen-induced arthritis in a rat model. Rats (n = 10) were orally administered vehicle, JTE-052 (0.1, 1, or 10 mg/kg), or MTX (0.3 mg/kg) once daily for 3 weeks from the day of the first collagen injection.
