Dox/CpG MPs are efficient at killing tumor cells. A20 a and EL4 b cells were incubated with soluble Dox or Dox/CpG MPs (4:1 loading) in 96-well plates for 24, 48, and 72 h at a final Dox concentration of 4.5 μg/mL. Media or blank MPs at equivalent weights were used as negative controls. Viability was assessed by the MTS assay. Results are mean ± SEM (n = 4).
