Effect of intratracheal instillation of PBS or SCK NPs in PBS on inflammatory cell differentials in bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluid in mice. Cytospin preparations of cell pellets prepared from BAL fluid and light microscopy analysis were used to determine cell differentials, which demonstrates no significant differences between total inflammatory cell counts or individual cell types recovered from mice treated with PBS or SCK NPs in PBS.
