The effect of corticosterone (CORT) and metyrapone (MTP) treatment of e19 fetal rat lung lipofibroblasts (LIFs). In e19 LIFs, CORT treatment increased the expression of fibronectin (A), calponin (B), lymphoid enhancer-binding factor 1 (LEF-1; C), and hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase type 1 (HSD1; E) but had no effect on GR levels (D).
