Individual amplitude and phase data of the cone ERG fundamental harmonic, recorded from all USH1 and USH2 patients. Data from one USH2A patient (#20 in the Table) are not shown since the response amplitude (27 μV) considerably exceeded the amplitudes of all other patients. Normal control timing phase was 340° ± 20° (SD), corresponding to 29.5 ± 1.7 msec (SD). Subjects from both USH subtypes showed latency timing phase delays that did not correlate with the severity of amplitude loss.
