Discovery study using Rosetta Elucidator identifies highly significant differential protein expression between KC-Tie2 and control mouse skin. Proteins showing the highest levels of significance between control (n = 3) and KC-Tie2 (n = 3) skin include increases in Stefin A1, Slc25a5 ADP/ATP translocase 2, Serpinb3b, Tgm3 77 kDA protein, and BC117090 cDNA sequence BC1179090 and decreases in Cacna2d1 Isoform 2B of voltage-dependent calcium channel subunit alpha-2/delta-1, acox3 peroxisomal acyl-coenzyme A oxidase 3. * The calculated p value of KLK6 was not significant (p = 0.2474). However, because of biological interest and the overall fold change it was included as a protein target in our verification study.
