TLR2 is upregulated in glioma-associated microglia/macrophages ex vivo. Mouse naïve brain or glioma tissue inoculated for 14 days was dissociated immediately after resection. Myelin was removed by Percoll gradient centrifugation, and cell pellets were further analyzed by flow cytometry.
