13 low-vision persons participated in the study. Their ages ranged from 57 - 82 years, average 70 years. Their best corrected visual acuity ranged from 0.01 - 0.3, average 0.04. They were asked to read characters with these 2 devices for 20 seconds text of decreasing print size |
