STAT3 inhibitors overcome anoikis resistance in cancer cells. (A–E) AsPc-1, Panc-1, HPAC, L3.6PL and COLO-357 cells were treated with various concentrations of AG 490 for 48h under anchorage-independent conditions. Actin was used as loading control. The bands shown in the figure are cropped images after the developing the entire membrane. Each experiment was repeated at least three times with similar results.
