Assigned as the cause of reduced vision for all eyes correcting to better than 6/12 with subjective refraction, even if other contributing pathology was present. Amblyopia was cause of reduced vision because of anisometropia and bilateral ametropia. No child had strabismic amblyopia. VA, visual acuity.
