Treatment with β-glucuronidase/sulfatase significantly increased the levels of 5-136 and 4,5-136 in day 1 urine from (A) female wild type (WT) mice and (B) female mice with a liver-specific deletion of the cpr gene (KO), suggesting the presence of glucuronide and/or sulfate conjugates of both HO-PCBs in urine.
