Primer sets with an asterisk are the sets used for amplification and sequencing of the LATS1 8 exon and the adjacent 5′ and 3′ intronic region. The sets without an asterisk are used in the sequencing only. The primer sets used to assess LATS1 expression are presented with the red stars.
