B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Presentation of a highly aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma at stage IV A. The patient's therapy was R-CHOP (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, prednisolone) with an additional intrathekal triple therapy. The patient had a complete remission after 6 cycles. An additional radiotherapy of the maxilla was planned.
