Control (n = 6) or chimeric TK-NOG mice (n = 6 per group) were treated with 32 or 6 mg/kg per day bosentan by mouth or vehicle (n = 3) for 14 days, and their plasma ALT (A) and alkaline phosphatase (B) levels were measured on days 0, 7, and 14.
