UniPR129 inhibits EphA2 activation induced by ephrin-A1 in PC3 cells. Cells were pretreated for 20 min with 1% DMSO, or the indicated concentrations (μM) of compounds, and then stimulated for 20 min with ephrin-A1-Fc. Phospho-EphA2 levels are relative to ephrin-A1-Fc + DMSO. Data are the means of at least three independent experiments ± SEM. One-way anova followed by Dunnett's post-test was performed to compare ephrin-A1-Fc + DMSO to all the other columns. *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01.
