(A) Vector control H460 cells (P7) and Id1-GFP-overexpressing H460 cells (O4) were pre-incubated with or without MG132 (20 μM) for 1 h followed by co-treatment with paclitaxel and cisplatin for 24 h. (B) Vector control H460 cells (P7) and Id1-GFP-overexpressing H460 cells (O4) were pre-incubated with or without MG132 (20 μM) for 1 h, followed by co-treatment with paclitaxel and cisplatin for 8 h. Id1 ubiquitination was determined by immunoprecipitation with anti-Id1 antibody followed by immunoblotting for ubiquitin. β-actin served as an internal control.
