<bold>Effect of CPT on morphology of HeLa cells.</bold> HeLa cells (1×106 cells/ml) were cultured in DMEM medium supplemented with 10% FBS and treated in the absence (control cells), or in the presence of CPT at 5×10-2 and 4×10-1 μg/ml for 48 hrs at 37°C. Morphological changes of treated cells were observed by invert microscopy and compared with control cells. (A) Control of HeLa cells. (B) HeLa cells treated with 5×10-2 μg/ml of CPT.
