qPCR analysis of PAICS mRNA levels in CHO-K1 and AdeD cells. Total RNA was isolated and cDNA was prepared from each cell line. Normalized fold expression levels of PAICS transcript in K1 and AdeD was quantified by qPCR, in triplicate, using CHO PAICS specific primers and beta-actin reference gene primers. Relative expression levels were determined using the ΔΔCt method.
