Data represent mean ± SEM of three independent experiments, p < 0.05, ∗∗p < 0.01, and ∗∗∗p < 0.001. Note that expression patterns in mouse E-cad-rESCs and wit-rESCs resemble those in mouse ESCs, but not those in mouse EpiSCs.
