| Solution D for moss media | 10 mL | 10 mM KNO3 |
| Hoagland’s A-Z trace element solution | 1 mL | Trace |
| Diammonium tartrate | 92 g | 5 mM |
| *50 mg/mL vancomycin | 1 mL | 50 μg/mL |
Do not add until after autoclaving.
