A, Primary bovine growth plate chondrocytes from the RZ in serum-free medium were treated with 100-ng/mL IGF-I and increasing concentrations of either ibuprofen (IBU) or celecoxib (CEL) for 48 hours, and cell proliferation was assessed by cell counts.
