(B) Flow cytometry analysis showed an important upregulation of mesenchymal markers in HDDC cultures at P1 and P3, except for CD73, which was only expressed at low levels. Thus, HDDCs lacked CD90/CD73/CD105 coexpression typical of MSCs. HDDCs also downregulated CK19 protein, and at P1 most of the small CK19+ population coexpressed the mesenchymal marker CD90 (n=3).
