A 37-year-old man with atypical chest pain. Coronary CTA performed to rule out coronary artery disease shows a small jet of contrast from left atrium to right atrium, compatible with patent foramen ovale (arrow). This is more conspicuous on the dynamic study. No coronary artery disease was found.
