(C) The native NS3-4A complex comprising the 631-amino-acid NS3 protein containing the protease and the helicase domain complexed with the full-length 54-amino-acid NS4A protein stimulated RNA synthesis by NS5BΔ21 polymerase on a rolling-circle RNA template that was comparable to that of the NS3 helicase (NS3h) domain both in the presence and absence of NS5A(S25-C447) and human RPA.
