Homotypic interactions of LINGO-1 in HEK-293 cells. (A and B) The HA-tagged LINGO-1 was expressed transiently in HEK-293 cells in the presence or absence of YFP-tagged-LINGO-1. In all cases, 1/25 of each lysate was used as an input control (lysates). Cell lysates were immunoprecipitated with the indicated antibodies (IP) and then analysed by 10 or 8% SDS/PAGE and immunoblotted for YFP and HA-tagged constructs. For each experiment, control cells were transfected with empty plasmid controls, pcDNA₃.
