Diagram shows how the distances in the x, y, and z planes were measured in axial and sagittal breast MR images. We measured the shortest distances for x-axis (X) and z-axis (Z) measurements of breast cancer in relation to the imaginary lines from the nipple and for y-axis (Y) measurement from the chest wall.
