Spontaneous locomotor activity of analog 3-injected mice. Mice were injected 30 min before to be placed in an infrared photobeam activity monitoring system. Spontaneous locomotor activity was monitored individually for 24 consecutive hours. The number of coming-and-going (a), climbing (b), and total movements except climbing (c) were monitored for each mouse for 10 min section and pooled by 6 to obtain values corresponding to 1 h.
