SDS-PAGE analysis of purified VSG soluble forms from Venezuelan Trypanosoma sp. isolates. The clarified soluble fraction from seven Venezuelan animal trypanosome isolates was chromatographed on a Q-Sepharose column connected in tandem with a S-Sepharose column. The flow-through fractions were separated by SDS-PAGE and visualized by silver staining.
