(a) FL0/rtTA-Sipa1 cells were transduced with a MIN vector containing Flag-tagged m-Adam10 cDNA as illustrated or empry vector. Arrow indicates a cleavage site. The cells were immunoblotted with indicated antibodies. (b) The FL0/rtTA-Sipa1/m-Adam10 (solid circles) and control (open circles) cells were cultured in the absence or presence of varying concentrations of Dox at 10⁵ cells/mL for 3 days, and the viable cell numbers were assessed with Cell Titer Glo assay.
