Starting latency in GUD WIP. Output speed is divided into three sections: Start-up 1: When the first state has begun (Foot Off detected), use the maximum LLCM-WIP-predicted value. Start-up 2: When one or two states have completed, estimate frequency from Equation 7. Steady state: When three or more states have completed, the frequency is the inverse of the past three states’ duration.
