Inhibition of viral replication in the second trial. For figures a-d, TaqMan hydrolysis RT-qPCR was used to measure the inhibition of viral replication. The y-axis refers to relative gene copy number of glycoprotein as compared to the sample with no siRNA treatment, the x-axis refers to the volume and type of siRNA administered, N and N1 refer to siRNAs targeting nucleoprotein, P and P1 refer to (phosphoprotein), and DP and TK are control sequences as described in the methods. The volume 1 μL is equivalent to 20 μm (0.266 μg μL⁻¹) of siRNA duplexes and 2 μL is 40 μm (0.532 μg μL⁻¹).
