Figure 3

ALS induces cell cycle arrest in G2/M phase in PANC-1 and BxPC-3 cells.

Notes: Cells were treated with ALS at concentrations of 0.1 μM, 1 μM, and 5 μM for 24 hours or 5 μM over 72 hours. Then, cells were subject to flow cytometry analysis. (A) Histographs of cell cycle distribution of PANC-1 and BxPC-3 cells treated with ALS at 0.1 μM, 1 μM, and 5 μM for 24 hours. (B) Bar graphs showing the percentage of PANC-1 and BxPC-3 cells in G1, S, and G2/M phase when treated with ALS at 0.1 μM, 1 μM, and 5 μM for 24 hours. (C) Histographs of cell cycle distribution of PANC-1 and BxPC-3 cells treated with 5 μM ALS over 72 hours. (D) Bar graphs showing the percentage of PANC-1 and BxPC-3 cells in G1, S, and G2/M phase when treated with 5 μM ALS over 72 hours.
