The percentage in parentheses after OTU names represent maximum percentage of each OTU found in samples. Group names according to Todd et al. (2009) are shown on the right. A phylogentic tree for all OTUs can be found in S2 Fig. Only bootstrap values >60% are shown at the nodes.
