The abbreviations of the viruses are as follows: Epizootic diarrhea virus of infant mice (EDIM), Theiler’s mouse encephalomyelitis virus/GDVII strain (GD7), Mouse hepatitis virus (MHV), mouse minute virus (MMV), Mycoplasma pulmonis (MYC), Pneumovirus of mouse (PVM), Respiratory enteric orphan virus (Reo-3 virus) (REO), Sendai virus (SEN) and Ectromelia virus (ECTRO).
