Each panel identifies the simultaneous detection of all the nine viruses with the highest value representing the mice that are positive for particular virus that is identified on the top. The abbreviations of the viruses are as follows: Epizootic diarrhea virus of infant mice (EDIM), Theiler’s mouse encephalomyelitis virus/GDVII strain (GD7), Mouse hepatitis virus (MHV), mouse minute virus (MMV), Mycoplasma pulmonis (MYC), Pneumovirus of mouse (PVM), Respiratory enteric orphan virus (Reo-3 virus) (REO), Sendai virus (SEN) and Ectromelia virus (ECTRO).
