CNE-2Z and CNE-2Z-NIS cells (6 × 10⁶ cells/dish) were incubated with 4.6 MBq ¹³¹I in HBSS for 8 h. Subsequently, cells were washed with HBSS, trypsinized and 1,000 cells were plated into each well of 6-well culture plates for 7 days. The survival rate was expressed as the percentage of colonies to that of the blank group without ¹³¹I incubation. Data are presented as means ± SD.
