The cells were stained with JC-1 and incubated at 37 °C for 30 min. The mean JC-1 fluorescence intensity was assessed by a flow cytometer; (B,C) The effects of morin on the expression of (B) death receptors (C) Bcl-2 and IAP family members in U937 cells. The results are from one representative of two independent experiments that showed similar patterns. The expression of the indicated proteins were measured by densitometry and expressed as average relative ratio compared to actin, from two or three different experiments.
