Inhibitory effect of PW on (A) NF-κB translocation into the nucleus and (B) IκBα phosphorylation. The cells were treated with LPS alone or with LPS and PW for 30 min (IκBα) or for 1 h (NF-κB). Protein expression in the cytosol or nucleus was evaluated using Western blot analysis. β-actin and TATA box-binding protein (TBP) were used for cytosolic and nuclear control protein, respectively.
