SW480 cells were treated with Ce6 at 0, 0.125, 0.25, 0.5, and 2.0 μg/ml, respectively, followed by photodynamic irradiation at 650 nm (6 J/cm2). SW480 cells free from intervention were used as the blank control, cells treated with 0.5 μg/ml Ce6 without photodynamic irradiation were used as the negative control, and cells treated with ROS inducer were used as the positive control.
