Forty-seven children-were identified as having situational ADHD or were screened out of the study at a later point in time, but were included in study analyses because they had diagnostic data.

ADHD-C = ADHD combined subtype. ADHD-PI = ADHD, predominantly inattentive subtype. ODD = oppositional defiant disorder. CD = conduct disorder. MDD = major depressive disorder, lifetime. GAD = generalized anxiety disorder, lifetime. Sx = symptoms.
