Real-time PCR analysis for osteogenic genes of ALP, OCN, OPN, and Runx2 after MSCs were cultured in a basal medium for three weeks. All of the osteogenic genes were overexpressed. The group of E7 BMP-7 showed higher gene expression levels of three genes than the groups of Control and E7 Poly-G. The Arbp gene was used as an internal gene and all data represented the mean ± SD (n = 3, *p < 0.05, **p < 0.01).
