Bead injection results in a statistically significant IOP elevation (ANOVA with repeated measures, p < 0.001). B. Mean Cumulative IOP difference ± SEM. Bead-injected eyes (green) are subject to a statistically larger cumulative IOP than are saline-injected eyes (blue; ANOVA with repeated measures, p < 0.001).
