The data below the cultivar names indicate the haplotypes around SNP marker, NIAS_Os_ab040000042, that was significantly associated with an unknown metabolite (ID 11261). Red and blue lines represent the phylogenic origins of high apigenin-di-C-arabinoside genotypes and unknown metabolite, respectively. ‘?’ indicates an inconsistent between genotype and metabolotype.
