Relationship between fluorescence intensity and viral load of rISAV^S6/EGFP-HPR. The virus produced during the 4th passage of rISAV^S6-EGFP-HPR was titrated by making serial 10-fold dilutions, from 10⁻¹ to 10⁻⁶, that were inoculated onto ASK cells. Cultures were incubated for 7 days postinfection, at which time vRNA was quantified by qRT-PCR of segment 8. The fluorescent intensity of EGFP in the supernatant was quantified by excitation at 485 nm and emission at 535 nm. Error bars correspond to the standard deviations from six samples per time point.
