Vessels were preconstricted with thromboxane A2 analog U46619 (0.1 to 10 μmol/L). Emax values are expressed as the percentage of the maximal diameter. Data presented as mean±SEM of (n) mice. The z‐score method followed by the d'Agostino–Pearson omnibus test was used to test normality of data sets, after which the 2‐way ANOVA followed by the Bonferonni posttest were used. KD indicates knockdown; WT, wild‐type; LNNA, Nω‐nitro‐l‐arginine.
