Wild-type IAPP monomer exhibits +2, +3, and +4 charge states (labeled 1) and minor amounts of dimer (labeled 2). EGCG binds to both the +2 and +3 charge state ions of IAPP monomer (bound peaks colored pink). No binding of resveratrol to the IAPP monomer is observed.
