This model estimated the means and standard errors obtained from a generalized linear model analyzing species prediction values obtained by near-infrared spectroscopy of preserved Anopheles arabiensis mosquitoes and Anopheles gambiae s.s. Species are predicted to be Anopheles arabiensis if the prediction value is lower than 1.5 and predicted as Anopheles gambiae s.s. if the prediction value is higher than 1.5.
