Changes in autofluorescence with age (lipofuscin). The bar graph indicates the changes in autofluorescence as the worms age. The amount of autofluorescence increased in all of the mutants. Compared with wild type, both daf-2 and ife-2 mutants show significantly lower accumulation at day 1 and day 15.
