Cells were transfected with HER3–SNAP-Tag and labeled with BG-Lumi4(Tb), a SNAP-tag substrate. After incubation with increasing concentrations of the indicated d2-labeled mAb directed to HER3, the Kd was determined from binding curve fitting.
