Phenotypic analysis reveals a genetic interaction between Rvs167-3 and the Rvs161/Rvs167 heterodimer. Logarithmically grown wild-type cells and rvs single- or double-mutant cells were serially diluted and spotted on YPD agar plates containing the following addition: NaCl (1 M or 1.5 M), H2O2 (6 mM), menadione (80 μM), or CFW (20 μM). Plates were incubated at 28°C for 2 days or at 16°C for 4 days.
